  • 100 grams Butter
  • 250 grams Caster Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs Free Range
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 25 grams Cocoa Powder Bourneville (Dutched)
  • 100 grams Plain Flour Sieve in

Instructions
 

  • Melt Butter in baking dish
    100 grams Butter
  • Add Caster Sugar & stir into butter
    250 grams Caster Sugar
  • Whisk in Eggs
    2 Large Eggs
  • Add in Vanilla, Cocoa and Plain Flour & mix in.
    1 teaspoon Vanilla, 25 grams Cocoa Powder, 100 grams Plain Flour
  • Into 180c Oven for 25 mins
